With our deep roots in mindful living and well-being<\/strong>, Mozambique, with its unspoiled beaches and coastline, the turquoise blue water and warm embrace of the Indian Ocean,\u00a0<\/span>offers the perfect backdrop for your inner wellness journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

In meditation<\/strong>, the imagery of the waves and ocean is often used to describe the mind and the constant chatter of our thoughts. You can imagine that your thoughts are like the waves that are constantly being created as they head to the shore. The ocean is the depth of our minds from which all these waves come from and go back to.<\/span><\/p>\n

During this mindful holiday<\/strong> retreat, we will be exploring \u2018ocean mind\u2019. The ocean itself also can be healing and will be right outside your door.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Meditation practices will take place every morning and, in the afternoons, the ocean beckons with planned activities \u2013 all part of the package.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

You will learn about mindfulness meditation, how to take a different look at our thought processes (the waves) and learn how to \u2018surf\u2019 them, instead of getting caught up in them, as we often do.<\/p>\n

All combined with fun and unique experiences and activities.<\/p>\n

In a beautiful\u00a0<\/span>peaceful setting you will learn tools\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>that you can use back home.<\/p>\n
